Easy installation
The iSOLATE-CT’s IP66 industry standard ‘Type N’ RF connector eliminates the need to make off cable glands; installation is made simpler and less costly. Practical and efficient, you can attach antennas and cables to the N type connector by hand, so there’s no specialist tools required.
Reduced downtime
Used with the iSOLATE501, intrinsically safe RF outputs means you can simple live connect, disconnect, and hot swap your antennas as necessary to ensure the best coverage and minimal downtime.
Wider range of antenna choices
There’s no need to restrict yourself to only using certified antennas. The iSOLATE501 and iSOLATE-CT technology allows you to use any antenna that meets the requirements for simple apparatus, such as Extronics’ iANT2xx range of high quality and rugged antennas.
Any antennas not listed in the Extronics range must be assessed by the user to ensure they meet the requirements for installation of non-electrical equipment in hazardous areas. The iSOLATE-CT RF connector must be used with suitably rated ATEX/IECEx approved intrinsically safe apparatus or associated apparatus, appropriate for the zone in which the equipment is to be installed.

Small, compact size
The iSOLATE-CT screws directly into the wall of any Ex d enclosure for maximum usability – that’s why they’re standard issue as part of our market-leading iWAP107 access point enclosure system.
Rugged and durable
Able to withstand extremely high pressure and an extended range of temperatures, the iSOLATE-CT is suitable for a wide variety of industrial locations.
